Bethany Niccum: Director of Thriving
Bethany's favorite topic is Chiropractic and she loves to share it with everyone she meets. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with her degree in Sociology in 1997. Helping others transition their lives into their dreams has been her purpose and passion ever since she can remember. Bethany is Dr. Trapper’s wife and the Director of Thriving, a position that gives her the opportunity to help the community flourish in a joyous way. Through coaching, educating and sharing information on personal growth and Chiropractic, she inspires people follow their bliss and truly experience life as it was meant to be lived. When Bethany is not busy helping people Thrive, she loves to spend quality time with her husband and two boys, as well as writing, crocheting, hiking and laughing every chance she gets.
Emily Adams: Education Coordinator
Born and raised in Nebraska, Emily relocated to Durango in 2005. She is a 2006 graduate of the Rocky Mountain Institute of Healing Arts, where she gained a thorough understanding of the human body and how it works. As an Education Coordinator at Thrive, her goal is to teach people how health and wellness can be achieved through Chiropractic care. “I’m very passionate about being able to share my knowledge about the human body with people. It’s so rewarding to know that I’m helping people make healthy decisions that will ultimately affect every area of their lives.” In her spare time, Emily loves to spend time with her wonderful family hiking, swimming, and enjoying all the other fun outdoor activities that living in Durango has to offer.
Deirdre Kargar: Creating Wellness Coach & Certified Massage Therapist
Deirdre love's to massage the aches and pains out of people's bodies. Nothing makes her happier than to have someone get up off her massage table with a smile on their face and relief in their voice. It has been thirteen years since Deirdre graduated from massage school in Seattle, Washington and she has been using her natural gift of healing ever since. In 2008, she joined the Thrive Chiropractic team to support Trapper and Bethany’s desire to help as many people in Durango reach their ultimate health and wellness goals. As a certified Intrinsic Wellness Coach, Deirdre is passionate about inspiring others to live their lives fully. In her spare time she can be found pedaling her bike up beautiful mountain passes, reading, writing, knitting, and watching good movies with her husband, son and two very spoiled dogs.
Bobbi Malouff: Care Coordinator
Bobbi’s bright smiling face is the first things you will see each time you walk through Thrive’s door. As an integral part of our team, Bobbi is Thrive’s Care Coordinator. As the Care Coordinator, she takes care of everyone’s scheduling needs to ensure that their health goals are met. Bobbi was fortunate enough to be born and raised in Durango. When she is not working at Thrive, she can be found floating down the Animas river with friends, playing a mean hand of poker with her seven siblings, reading fabulous books, and enjoying all that life has to offer.
